Love, Love, Love Worldwide Wholesale Floor! PETER (our Salesman) is a PLEASURE to deal with! He was patient, informative and knew what I needed when I explained my situation (dogs, high traffic, low maintenance, etc.). The staff at the desk and on the phone are always helpful. Joe, who came out to measure was really nice! The Installers were polite, friendly and attentive to every detail! My kitchen never looked so good! I'm so pleased I went back and ordered Hardwood Floors for the Living and Dining Rooms. Can't Wait!!! Everyone who comes in the house can't believe the difference a floor can make! Worldwide Wholesale Floor Covering will have more of my business in the future. I will refer anyone looking for new floors or carpets to go there. Great Prices, Great Products, Great Service! Buyer beware 6/2/2011

The pricing isn't so great. They only use sub-contractors- Ask them- its right on their contract. The installers barely speak English. From last year, the project is still not done. We have given up- they keep coming up with more items and add on work. Customer service is not good at all. Very degrading. more

This place is great. I looked everywhere for better quality wood flooring, marble and wool carpet. I either found lack of product, expertise or very overpriced flooring places. Worldwide Wholesale Floorcoverings had it all - selection, service and price. more

Staffs at Worldwide were Very Helpful 2/8/2010

I needed some durable laminate flooring for my new home. So, I decided to go and have a look at the swatches displayed at Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings. My neighbors had given me a very good picture of the flooring store. When I arrived at the store, I was completely spellbound by the range of colors, designs, and textures. The staffs there were very patient, very friendly. They helped me arrive at the ideal flooring solution after asking me about the color of my walls and the rooms where I wanted the flooring. I couldn?t find a single flaw in their installation. The next time I need flooring, I?m going to Worldwide. more

Great Wool Carpet Selection 2/6/2010

I have been searching for a wool carpet for a long time. I found Worldwide on the internet, went there to the designer showroom and WOW!!!! What a place, I have never seen such a wonderful selection anywhere, it was like being in NYC but for half the price. They did an excellent job installing my carpet too. more

Worst ever service. The installer was so nasty. I cant beleive this. Didnt install correctly in my two rooms. Buy from here if you want to boil your blood more

quality flooring, quick installation 8/5/2006

we bought our ceramic tile here for our kitchen floor and they installed it for us. its beautiful. the guy that installed it was really a worker. he was here all day and did not take 1 break. that is a rare find today. they have a large selection of flooring and carpets to choose from. I would definitely use this store again. PROS: fast installation, quality work done CONS: more

Good prices, fast installation 11/3/2005

I have used this flooring store for my entire house. I had carpet installed on 3 separate occasions. They have a very big selection of carpet and floor coverings. The staff is fairly knowledgable. Installation can be done very quickly, in some cases the next day if an opening is available. The installers come in and get right to work. A standard 12x12 room is done in about an hour. Prices are good and occasionally offer discount coupons on merchandise only. Everything is purchased separtely, and if proper measurements are taken, there is virtually no waste after installation. more

Nice qualilty store 7/21/2005

I recently purchased a rug here and had it installed yesterday. At the store, there is a huge selection of carpets at all different prices. We had a very helpful salesperson who explained about the fibers of the carpet and warranty info, etc. The delivery and installation charge was a lot in my opinion. The room is 13x17 and we were charged over 230 for it. They did a nice job and took about 1 hour to install. Also came within the "window" they said. more
