I used World Wide Van Lines for an interstate move from DC to Orlando Florida. I booked them through many hours of research and after the move was finished I was glad I choose World Wide Van LInes. The two movers that moved me were great guys. They came, and as soon as we finished with the paperwork they started packing my furniture. They were very responsive and gave me many helpful tips during the move which made me feel very comfortable the bigest surprise was the quick response form the customer service dept they were great on the ball everytime I called. Overall I am satisfied with the movers and would use them again in the future and will recommend them for giving me a very satisfying move. more

I had to move on june 7th and I contacted World Wide van lines based upon other reviews on the net and now I am adding mine. I called Lance on June 5th, after finding him online and reading his companies reviews. He was very professional, while still being engaging & personable. We had a quick conversation where we worked out the details of what I needed. Because I was working with a budget, Lance made sure I got what I needed. To reduce cost he descounted me until I was comfortable with the price based on my budget. The morning of the 7th, John and two guys came over and went through the plan and how I wanted things done. John and his guys where clean, polite, and efficient the entire time. Great senses of humor, and really hard workers. John, Bill, and Alex were so honest! I actually had them come up to me and give me a $10 bill that was lost in the couch! They were strong, fast and everyone spoke English! I will be using them again and referring anyone who's moving to them. These guys padded every item of furniture I owned, shrink wrapped it together and solidly packed that truck so that nothing moved around or shifted, nothing was damaged or broken, they treated my stuff like it was their own.The professionalism and care they took was above and beyond what I expected. I was incredibly pleased with every aspect of World Wide van lines team, they made my life so much easier. I was moved inside 3.5 hours it was so awesome! Simply can not find a better mover!! I want to say world wide van lines made my move a flawless move. They showed up right in the middle of the two hour arrival window, which was great. They were friendly clean dressed and respectful which is what I am used to being in the marketing industry it is all about the presentation. They worked hard and fast with very little down time which was again wonderful since I was in a major time constraint. They had my 2 bedroom house packed, wrapped and in the truck in four hours which I guess is good time not that I would know but it seemed fast to me. When they arrived at my new house not a thing was broken or scratched which was quite a surprise to me I was expecting some minor damage but happy to say nothing. I gave them a tip for working there tails off and making the whole moving process hassle free I did not expect things to go so smoothe for me since my luck in not all that great but world wide van lines came through for me in a big way with service form the beginning to the end and with price which was within my budget. thank you world wide team wendy and marie a secial thank you for a pleasant service experience. \r \r more

My name is amanda and I would be very happy to share my moving experience with world wide van lines. I was referred to world wide van lines by a friend who moced with them as well. At the beginning I was worried because I have hared many bad things form people who used moving companies in the past , but at the end I found that there was nothing to worry about if you made the best choice for a moving company it is imperative for amyone to do there research before choosing any company. The crew that moved me was fantastic. I was very satisfied for the efforts put forth by these two wonderful young men. They coame on time intruduced themselfes and got right to work the driver ted explained everything to me very clearly. There were no hidden fees and they asked me before they did any extra services that cost money. I paid whatever I had to and I was aware fo everything form start to finish. The guys were very organized, clean, polite and carefull with my belingings. The last thing i would like to mention is they always resonded to y calls the customer service dept was excellent wendy and marie do there jobs very well in a very sincere manner it is very inportant to comunicate with the costomer because were are very stressed out and nurvous for a move for state to state and world wide van lines really made it easy for me thank you. more

I used world wide van lines to move me to Las Vegas and it was a very street free move the only issue I had was they took 11 days to deliver but i guess it wasn't bad since it was across the whole country. The sales person charles was great he answered all my questions he was quite knoledgeable I was surprised how curtious and professional he was when handling me. I took my time and because of the price and the friendly staff I used world wide van lines and I am glad I did everything was hassle free which was what I wanted the customer service girs were great even though I called a few times they did there best to get me the answeres to my questions. The drivers were great they really took good care of my things very minimal damage too small to mention which was great all in all a very positive experinece with world wide van lines they did everything they said they would so I want to thank you for an awsome move know I am ready to take on Las Vegas more

I used world wide van lines to move my 3 bedroom house. The movers arrived on the specific time I arrainged with my representative chase which was very helpful dealing with all my questions one at a time.As soon as the movers come in they got right to work and started packing my stuff. they took good care of all my belingings which made me feel even more comportable with my choice. The movers were fast and prfessional. when my furniture arrived I was not sure what to expect since I have never moved like this before but I was preasantly surprised all my items came in great condition and I was extatic with everything from start to finish and I am ready to start my new life in this state. I just got my delivery and I just wanted to express my thanks to world wide van lines for a hassle free move.they showed up on time and delivered in a reasnable time acuually faster then I had anticipated which was great since I did not have to sleep on the floor for too long. There are some scratches to my belongings but the movers pointed it out as they were unloading my belongingsand stated that they would take care of the claims and gave me a claims form on the spot which was great no hassle for me which is what I was looking for in a moving company.the price they quoted me was a little less then my final balance but my weight did go over which I knew since i did add some last minute items to my move. My rep dave was very nice and knowledgeable he answered all my annoying questions without any attitude which I did recieve from other moving companies as I was shopping for a mover. All in all I had a very possitive experience with this company and will recommond them in the future. more

My wife came across this company during our search for moving services for our recent relocation from Maine to Nevada. We have had at least 10 moving quotes for the move and all of them were different prices based on the same weight. The most expensive was $15,700 with full packing and the least was $9,205 with full packing. We chose World Wide Van Lines at $11,000 with full packing. Glad we made the choice because they had our belongings picked up last week, packed everything up and when the truck was weighed we were a little under the estimated weight and our c.o.d was less not by much but better than being more. Great job will recommend your services more

I was extremely hesitant from the start with dealing with a mover that did not come to my home to see my inventory but the price that World Wide Van Lines gave me was very inviting and I am glad I made this decision! I had wonderful correspondance with Charles every time that I called he was there very confidently to answer my questions. (My wife had a lot of questions). We decided to engage World Wide Van Lines for our move. We were very happy with their service. There was a 4 man crew who protected our furniture perfectly. Dispatchers called to let us know the weight of our move as well as when they would be delivering! There were no hidden surprises and I would strongly recommend this company to everyone. more

The Best Moving Experience Ever.... I was moving from SC to OH. I have a small 1 bedroom apartment and not much stuff so I was looking for a price with packing service (since I have no time to do it myself)and world wide van lines gave me a quote under $1,800 which was within my budget and since my friend moved with them and had an amazing experience It was an easy choice for me. Two guys came on the day of loading and in no time everything was packed and on the truck, Bill and Jack were great perfessional and very fast, I was amazed how they handled everything. I had no idea what a professioal mover meant until I saw these guys in action, I moved a few times with friends buy this time it was very easy for me. I was followeing the truck on the highway and got my stuff on the second day. I will recomend this company highly because they are real professional and made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. My mother is moving next month from SC to FL and she is using world wide van lines too. I'm sure she will be very satisfied as well. more

This is a brief thank you to world wide van lines for making my move easy and flawless. I contracted with world wide van lines and could not have asked for a more professional and well organized company. The customer service staff was polite and patient. The despatch department kept in communication with me until pick up and followed up after delivery. This is my third move over the last 6 years and certainly not my last (sad to say) and for the next move I know who to call. The cost of the move was almost $3,000.00 less than the last moving company I used and that is the only thing that worried me since you get what you pay for but in this case it worked out for me. but I am really glad I made the decision to move through them. Alex and his 2 helpers were great guys and did a fantastic job at pickup and delivery. Everything was well wrapped and no damages upon delivery what more could I have asked for. thanks again!!! more

First of all, we were quoted by around 20 moving companies and it is very hard to determine which are reputable and honest. We did not know of this website so we went with the company with the best better business bureau rating. Our sales rep vidya was extremely polite,professional, and really made me feel at ease. We set up a pick up date for January 11th and I was estimated at 20,419 lbs. plus we had a lot of packing we paid for. The crew showed up at 2:00 pm (they told us they would be there between 9AM and 12PM so they arrived a little late but called at 11 and told us they were running behind. When they got to our house there was 4 men and they were very pleasant to speak with and got to working as soon as they arrived and introduced themselves. They took extreme care of our items and while 2 men packed the other 2 loaded. After all was said and done we were 1,000 lbs. under the estimated weight and they wound up packing 22 boxes less than planned so our C.O.D price went down considerably. We recieved our items on January 10th first thing in the morning and everything arrived in the same condition and they offloaded quickly and efficiently. Needless to say everything turned out wonderful and we WILL be recommending them to others more
