We had our basement waterproofed by this company 2 months ago. We have had two substantial rains since the work was done and can proudly say we are "" Leak Free"". The office staff were so friendly and punctual with every questions and request I had during the course of the job. I received a very nice thank you letter from the company a few days after the work was done. I have had follow up calls after both rains making sure everything still seems good. I was so impressed that they care that much that they called me. I give them a High Five and thumbs up. Would highly recommend this great group of people to anyone with a Leaky basement. more

Worldwide did an exceptional job in our home. From the beginning process to completion. Summer was very helpful in scheduling us for a Sunday appointment as this is a second home and we are not there often. What a nice family business and would be happy to serve as a reference for them. more

I am beyond happy with waterproofing repairs done by Worldwide Waterproofing. They were only company that walk me through all options including exterior digging and an interior solution. They dug up 3 walls of my house that are below the ground and waterproof those walls. They also did outside grading and re route of my downspouts. I could not be more pleased. We have had several heavy rains and no water in basement. They even come back a month later after all settling and replaced front porch that was removed for digging access. My grass is already growing back and my yard looks fantastic. What a fantastic group of workers and staff. This company deserves to be recognized. more

Customer service was top notch. Jen and Tanya were great to deal with and when I had more in depth questions , the owner got on the phone and spoke with me personally. They let me know they have a price match and when I got a price that was $200 cheaper, they matched it right away. I would have spent the extra $200 to use this company because from the jump they showed they have the confidence and the reputation to back up their good work and work ethics. I originally got them from Angies list and we knew we wanted to use them based on their customer satisfaction. I am a satisfied customer. more

Very Pleased with the work from start to finish. Wayne came out and gave a fair quote and was very low key. I did not feel like he was trying to "" sell "" me anything. He was definitely the most thorough compared to all the other high pressure guys we interviewed. The foreman Mike and Dan were great and walked me through every step. Good clean up . Office was polite and very quick to respond to my questions and had my warranty and receipt out right away. Would definitely recommend them to others. more

He was by far the most knowledgeable of all the companies we interviewed for our basement project. Mike and the crew was courteous and did good clean up. Would recommend them again. Worldwide was FANTASTIC with every aspect of my job. They did a great job when the rep came out. He assured me he would stop out while the job was going on and he did just that. Sam and his guys were ever so courteous to my belongings. My situation was tricky because I was fighting the previous owners and this company kept their word with going to battle for me. I have re cooped all my investment with Worldwide through the previous owner. Jen and Tanya at the office were always on point with helping me through this Nightmare situation. I would and WILL recommend this great family business to many people. I have already put their flyers in my church bulletin. Thanks again!!! more

I had a basement drain system put in a few months ago after waiting a year getting estimates. I was impressed with the company from my first call to my paying the crew at the end of the job. The rep that sold me the job promised to be there during the duration of the install and he was there as promised. I am very happy with the outcome and the clean up. I would recommend this company to others. more

Customer service sucks 1/7/2012

Not happy with customer service at all. Job took twice as long as original estimate with content late arrivals and canceled appointments. Did nice job installing second sump system they recommended, one problem, didn't fix the leak. Took several phone calls before I could an appointment for them to come back out. After all that, the appointment was canceled a day before the scheduled date. Sale rep mislead me into feeding crew to get them to snake out exiting sump system. When I asked them, was told they didn't do that. My advice, find another company. more

Terrible Customer Service 1/7/2012

Customer service doesn't seem to be among their priorities. Have had two cancellations do to one employee being off even after appointment was made well in advance. Did a great job installing the second sump system they recommended, one problem, never fixed the leak. Had to call several times before I could get an appointment setup to come back. After all that, appointment was canceled the day before the scheduled date. The reason, one person was out of town. Sale rep mislead me by suggesting I feed the crew and they would snake out the exiting system for me. When I did that, was told they don't do that. Wish I could go back to the day I signed the contract. My advice, use another company. more

We are extremcely pleased with the outcome of our project. Even though it was a smaller project, we were treated like a million dollar paying customer. We cant thank the group enough. The crew was in and out in a day and didnt leave a mess behind for us. This is a great team to work with. more

Happy Happy!!! 4/19/2011

I am super pleased with the basement repairs that the crew did on my home. Given that I had a finished basement I was very concerned about my carpet being damaged. They put runners and plastic everywhere and covered all my electronics. My carpet doesnt look like it was even touched. My walls were studded out far so the bottom drywall needed to be removed. My trim went right back in place and you never would know I just had this construction done!!! Job Well Done more

Happy Am I.... 4/5/2011

I am very satisfied with the excellent work performed by the team of guys that worked on my basement. They were on time, courteous and took great care of my home. After dealing with contractors all my life I must say these guys are IT!!! A big thanks to Mike and his crewman. With all the rain the last month I have the driest basement in the neighborhood. We are very pleased with our experience with this company. After doing heavy research on basement waterproofing companies and getting several estimates we were confident that Worldwide was the best choice. We can affirm this was the best choice. We got a great price, a great crew and the owner was here to supervise the job from start to finish. This is a lovely family owned business. poor supervisoin, lack of communication 5/21/2010

I like to use mom and pop companies, they seemed like a family operation. They drooped off some workers with no supervisions, Did not cover my belongings. I call the owner , he said dust is part of the job and I should have move my belongings. Not impressed with workmanship of my interior drainage system at all, wrecked my basement Cons: make f promises when discussing job, then falls short more

I must disagree with last review. Worldwide was wonderful. I had a bad drainage partially due to a sunken sidewalk on the outside of the house. They jacked up and replaced the sidewalk, and waterproofed the interior basement wall. My basement smells good again, is dry and my new sidewalk is awseome. I am a very satisfied customer. I am also disabled and the sidewalk was a huge plus given that I could not wheel around on a sunken sidewalk. Pros: Prompt, Honest and Fair Cons: Messy job, but crew did great clean up...... more
