I always go to World.. the service is the best, the prices even better, and they always have really interesting wines that aren't available everywhere. Great selection of Pinot Noirs from Oregon, and great selection of Italian Amarone and Brunellos for high end selections. The best in the area. more

Best Selection I've seen in NYC! 11/15/2007

The selection was outstanding and prices even better. The employees knew exactly what they were talking about and were extremely helpful. I will definitely go back there for all my wine needs. I was serving duck and they picked out the most delicious and complimentary wine for the meal! Needless to say my guests were extremely happy Pros: Huge Selection and Knowledgeable staff Cons: too many wines to choose from more
