Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase a vehicle from this business. If you do, take it to a mechanic you trust before plunking down your hard earned cash.\r

The customer service is deplorable and the warranty just plain stinks.\r

If you buy a car from them and you find repairs are necessary: be prepaired to (1) NOT have the problem fixed the first 2 times, (2) be SEVERELY overcharged for parts {I paid $160 for a $20 thermostat and paid for 4 gallons of anti-freeze when my car only holds 2}, (3) WHEN YOU CALL THE MANAGER OUT ON THE PRICES realize you will be told that he can charge whatever he wants for parts and labor by someone he calls to his shop to fix the problem - not a service shop and (4) deal with a manager with no fair work ethics, no standard morals and grossly lacking good judgment. He doubles his prices so you end up paying for the full repair and parts. SMART MAN!!!!! AND NOW IT WILL COST ME ANOTHER $800 DOLLARS TO GET MY CAR FIXED THE RIGHT WAY BECAUSE THE REPAIRS HE SAID HE MADE (were not made) WERE NOT NECESSARY NOR CONTRIBUTING TO THE ORIGNAL PROBLEM.\r

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (this business is not a member) and the Consumer Protection Agency. I contacted the Rosedale County Executive to see what I can do locally. BE A SMARTER PERSON, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. \r

You have to give this business at least one star, it DESERVES NO STARS...NONE AT ALL!!!!
