This is a very interesting museum and does provide lots of interactive learning, but I personally think it is best experienced by children who are at least school age (as in age 6 and above).
I remember visiting here as a child, but honestly found it more interesting as an adult than I did when I was young. My daughter (age 4 1/2) wasn't exactly bored and thought the displays were kind of interesting, but more from a novelty standpoint - I think a lot of the educational aspects were lost on her.
I think if I take her back in about 2 years she will find it much more interesting and will probably learn something from the stories it has to tell.
