I booked a package for 5 persons for flight and car to Kauiai. When booking, I worked with Debbie and we went back and forth on the price, as the airfare was high due to Easter break. We finally agreed on a package for flight and car for a stated price. Well, when I received the intinerary, I noticed my middle initial was wrong, so I called her to correct it. She said she would correct it immediately. 3 weeks later, when I received my 2nd intinerary, the middle initial is still wrong, and all 3 kids ages are grossly incorrect. I called her to again fix it..she was not apologetic at all, but acted like I was bothering her. She said that she ""just puts anything"" for the kids age, since she doesn't know it. Well, I know that it was given to her at the time of booking, and she could easily have called me to ask. It's just laziness and sloppy work.
When we got to Hawaii, another shocker. The car rental place charged us an additional 80$+ for ""tax"" since it was not included in the package price. I have never paid any additional monies before for a package price. I called Debbie from the rental place and asked her if this is correct. She said ""oh, Delta never includes tax in their packages"". Well HELLO!! I asked her why it was never disclosed to us and she said ""oh, it was in your paperwork"". Well, we all know that by the time the paperwork is received, the deal is done and credit card is charged. What a sham!!! I was so upset, I hung up on her.
Mistake after mistake... and nondisclosure of additional fees. I wish I could give ZERO stars!! I recommend that you go to another travel agency for your bookings.... unless you want hassle and mistakes.
