I?ve been working out at Workshop Fitness for 3 months now and am continually impressed with such exceptional workouts. I have never worked out this hard and I?m actually back in the zone of craving a workout every day! The classes have been challenging, and have gotten me in better shape than I expected. I?ve been mostly doing the hardcore class which has helped me strengthen my core in such a short period of time. I?ve noticed more tone and definition as well as weight loss. I?ve heard their bootcamp is one of the best in Austin so I?m looking forward to switching up Hardcore with a bootcamp soon. The whole experience has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this to anyone at any level.
