I just finished up my 3 months of Physical therapy here & I must say I have seen a big improvement in my back.My guide Nikki started me on a 45 min (2 times a week) workout based on my needs to better strengthen my back.She & all the other staffing including the girls at the front desk are super kind! I was also sent home with info,arm bands & exercise plans to do on my own time for better results.My guide is very personable & I enjoy talking with her. My workouts would fly right by before I knew it! This is a great place for recovering from an injury!
