DO NOT JOIN! Signed my child up. He met with trainer, trainer said: a child can't use equipment due to WOW insurance and his health/age, can't even be in gym alone ~ void membership. A CHILD CAN NOT ACCESS THE MEMBERSHIP! We did, within 20 minutes of signing up. Meanwhile I pay my wife's WOW Visa bill monthly, not realizing my son's membership was on there as well! We were billed for 17 months on a voided membership ~ 338.48! My son was not even issued a membership card ~ the membership was voided within 20 minutes of signing on! We were NOT given a contract to keep/look over ~ the membership was VOIDED within 20 minutes of signing on. Needless to say we are pursuing this in court, reported this to Fox 25 News, the Better Business Bureau, and every media outlet out there. DO NOT JOIN! You will regret it! The only way we found out the membership existed was ABC Financial called for my child's updated credit card info! more

Well where do I start? First of all the manager on duty was very rude towards me and my friends. Why would I want to belong to a gym that treats their guests in such manner? His told us he did not want to waste his time with young kids with no money, which made me feel discriminated against. My friend asked him his name, he told us a different name then what he was called before by another staff member. He was in the wrong. I had brought cash with me to join for a two year contract, thanks to him i did not. I in turn renewed my membership at super fitness for two more years with one for free. I will never go back to any w.o.w. more
