Wasted My Time 2/8/2011

One month ago I shopped here for a Dickies ladies denim jacket for my wife. It wasn't in stock and the owner offered to order the jacket. He warned me also that it could back order. He told me it would arrive in ten days or he'd notify me in two days in the case of a back order. Well it's been a month - NO jacket - NO phone call. I got NO help when I called the store @ the third & fourth weeks. I've moved on now & ordered online. Too bad if the jacket shows up now. more

Awesome 10/6/2005

Obviously the guy that wrote the negative review never tried to talk to the clerk because he is a really nice, helpful guy and very openminded. I saw a shirt in his store and they didn't have it in my size and went out of his way to call me at home and let me know when he had it again. Besides that he is one of Austin's truly inhabitants and not some stupid Hot Topic or Wal-Mart plus his prizes are very much competitive with any other store that sell Dickies or dress shirts, but I rather give my money to him to some large chain. Pros: Civic Mindedness more

Clerk (maybe the owner) wouldn't get off phone 9/29/2005

So, I went out of my way today at lunch to check out this place as I need a short sleeve work shirt. I could get the shirt somewhere else, but I always hear ads for this place so I thought I'd give them a try. What a joke! I walked in and the clerk (I think also the owner) was sitting in a chair in the back of the place..actually facing the back wall...said nothing to me and stayed on phone the whole time I looked around...I just left. Cons: Not Helpful, price not better more
