Katie and Tina were wonderful to work with and we were so glad we went with them for our caterers!
They did an amazing job of helping us to plan our July 4th, 2009 wedding out at the Fontainebleau Inn. They were so much fun to meet with about the menu and we felt so comfortable talking through ideas with them. Beyond being enjoyable to work with and share the day with, they cooked amazing! food. Our expectations, which were pretty high, were surpassed by their amazing ability to cook fresh and tantalizing food. I am a vegetarian and so are some of our guests, and they prepared items that were to die for and I crave regularly - the mushroom strudel was decadent! And our meatatarian family and friends were in heaven with the chicken and pork dishes accompanied by their multiple sauces and chutney. The cake was so beautiful and was so flavorful that I would recommend it for any occasion (lemon and raspberry filling with white cake and buttercream frosting). A few other points that we felt were so important - the presentation of the food was really classy and avoided the feel of a traditional buffet. The people that they hired to help serve the food were kind and professional and really added a wonderful vibe to the event. We enjoyed every aspect of our experience with Word of Mouth and we are sure that you will too.
