Artie, called to inform me when he would be arriving. Due to road construction he was 15 minutes late, but immediately apologized . He was very professional in appearance, knowledge, and provided excellent service. My humidifier on the furnace wasn't working and due to me having another appointment, he said he would call me with an estimate of what the charge would be to replace the part. I also appreciated his consideration of my time. I would confidently recommend Woolley's to any of my friends or family due to Artie's competent service provided to me today and any time I have needed service on my furnace. more

Annual heating plant tune up 12/28/2016

Artie, the serviceman was very polite, informative, and left the furnace area clean. He also offered advice beyond just cleaning and adjusting the furnace and hot water heater. Artie also found a defective part, tracked down the service call that last touched that part, confirmed that the part was find during that service, and drove to pick up the replacement part. more

Emergency heating service 12/17/2016

I have had a service contract with Woolley for over 30 years and have always been completely satisfied. This time Ed P came out when I had no heat and had it up and running in minutes. He was professional, helpful and explained everything - always a pleasure working with these guys. more

Quick and efficient repair 10/5/2016

Ed and Chris both excellent- diagnosed bad relay in our very old burner system (soon to be replaced with gas conversion) and had replacement part on truck. Completed replacement and we are good to go. They were both excellent. more

Thanks Woolley! 9/30/2016

David B came for a routine check up on our boiler and discovered that our hot water heater (Which he had personally installed 15 years ago) had sprung a leak and needed replacing. So he got us a new one immediately and installed it in addition to tuning up our boiler. A job that should have lasted 30 minutes lasted 3 hours (due to the bad water heater) but he was cheerful the whole time. more

David's vist on 9/29/16 showed up on time, called us in advance to let us know he was on his way, was very considerate while he worked on my furnace and took the time to explain a number of things that would help the performance of my furnace and would help ensure a warm heating season. more

A/C Tune up with Ed P 6/3/2016

Ed came by today to assist with our A/C tune up and was very thorough throughout the while process. He answered all our quesitons on operation and types of air filters and also gave us some tips on the heating system. I would highly recommend Ed, and Woolley to anyone looking for furnace or A/C technicians. more

100% Satisfied! 4/13/2016

There aren't enough good things to say about Woolley. Their people are the best!! They are skilled, they are competent and most of all HONEST! My basement almost had a major disaster, having the already ancient hot water heater leak. Art D called his team, Dave showed up a short time later & 3 hours later it is fixed. The basement is clean of any residual debris after their work & everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. I am CONFIDENT the job was done right. What's nice is, the people who show up are people you know you will see in your home the next time you need routine service, so when they show up should you have an issue, it's not some guy you don't know trying to sell you the Brooklyn Bridge. Woolley 100% EVERY TIME! more
