Delicious pizza! 1/17/2011

As a Route 66 enthusiast, I was looking for unique places (NO CHAINS!) to stop when I found this place. It is a very tiny, local, pizza shop with limited seating. The pizza is awesome! If you want fine dining, you'll be disappointed. If you want one of the best pizzas you've ever had, in a quaint, Route 66 establishment, you'll be pleased! I will stop again the next time I am through the area. more

GREAT PLACE TO EAT 8/7/2010

I don't know what Mika T. is talking about. The staff has always been friendly. Sometimes you do have to wait but they only have one person on tables and sorry if they can't run right up and kiss your butt when you want. I would recommend she eats at Cici's pizza because they have a buffet and the only person who would be able to wait on her competently would be herself. About the pizza, very generous with toppings, nice selection, and the crust is perfecft. If you enjoy laid back atmosphere this place is for you. more

Rude Staff, No Parking, Trashy 7/7/2010

The place is in a horrible area of town, has limited parking, RUDE waitresses, and the place looks trashy. I pulled up, looked at the place and thought to myself "Maybe its nice on the inside?" I then proceeded to park, and go inside. Once I got inside, I stood in the doorway for 15 minutes before a waitress even noticed I was there, although I said something to the woman three different times. When she finally acknowledged my presence, she said "You're gonna have to sit in the back or leave." So I left. I will never go back. more

Best People in town, and the Best Customers in Town. Great Atmosphere, what more could you ask for. Plus it isn't the size of an auditorium so you know you will get the personal service you want. more

The best in the country 12/21/2007

I have lived all over the country and I drive all the way back to Joplin a couple of times a year just to eat at this place. The pizza is always outstanding. I always get a pie with white sauce, chicken and garlic, with an order of cheese sticks. The place is a little pricey for the pizza, but it is well worth it! more

Amazing pizza! 11/5/2005

Woody's cooks their pizza in a real wood oven! And the taste is absolutely amazing. Thin crust, great toppings and spices. The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is very fun! PROS: unique for this area, great tasting pizza CONS: nothing except that their noon buffet is packed sometimes! more

This is a fantastic pizza place!! It's not real big on the inside and you can see in the back where they make their pizza. Lots of variety and options for toppings. Some of the best cheese sticks. Pros: food, price, atmosphere Cons: not alot of seating more
