Woodward Cave Campground

Stayed at Woodward Campground for a PSU football weekend. Campgrounds are run down, not well kept. Photos on website are highly deceiving. Cabin was dirty and carpet was pet stained. Full bathroom and kitchen, but toilet and dishwasher were out of order. There are so many other beautifully kept campgrounds in the area, would not recommend this place to anyone. more

This is a great campsite--- Its right across from the Woodward Cave. We made a day of the cave last year and then camped here for the night- The campsite is beautiful and spacious- We camped in a cabin- What I liked about the cabins were they were mostly furnished.. We just had to supply the food. They had bedding and towels. We stayed in a 2 Bedroom cabin. It was great- The cabin had a kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a living room-- Really like no other cabin I've seen camping- Definitely not roughing it--- which was just ok with me! The cabins had a great front porch with swing and of course the BBQ pit out front. The campsite was huge- It has a playground, horseshoe pits, and volleyball net- We didn't play volleyball but did play horseshoes- I didn't check out the tent sites- cabin rates were great $60/night..
