Woodville auto finance is a great place to purchase a vehicle. They are understanding and have great finance options. I purchased my truck from them and have not had any issues. With trying multiple vehicles out and Ill tell yal it was hard to pick. Their cars where in tip top shape oh ya. No problems at all and the sale went smooth and quick wit all the help of Mo and Mike. Man they made my impossible become possible, me feel appreciated and good finally I have a good running car with no problem. Listen if you need good reliable car hop to woodville finance. I love their cars and love their business, you can't be fooled at Woodville. Do the right thing and read your paperwork,. Cars are as is, so buy a warranty because they don't need trouble. Believe me, I love this place!!! I work hard for my money and I am not disappointed at all. All my friends say the same thing about Woodville auto, and thats the only place we shop at for a used car. I don't know about people who don't understand , but I do. I bought another car, a charger just 2 days ago after I got finally my check and just don't know why people don't buy no warranties from the dealer from a third party. I mean the people sell it dealer cost and make no money out of it so people can afford it and get protected?? Hello??? They say its as is but I have not even one problem with them and this is my second car I purchase from them other than the one I just got a couple days ago and I understand its used and I gotta fix it after I buy it since its mine and I am the cause to any problems that may occur. I still would recommend this place and feel proud of driving their cars and so do many of my friends! Thanks Woodville again more

I purchased a vehicle less than 24 hours the radiator was completely gone. I spoke with Tiffany who assured me they would fix it. After being told for 2days a tow company was coming I called back to be told by Moe & someone who was said to be the owner that the car was sold as is and they wouldnt fix it. Smh more

Love this place, I can t say more!!! I bought several cars and not to mention many. They always helped me out without a problem because I was always on time and understood that the cars that I purchased there where USED AS IS Cars . I decided to buy a warranty during the time frame of the sale and therefore I never had a problem!! Even if the warranty expired they still took the time to help me again and again because I was Good and showed myself Good. You get treated the way you treat others !!! more

Purchased a 2010 Chevy Malibu. Great sales men. Quick and courteous service, and this isn't the first car I have purchased. Both cars both on separate occasions all sales men were very friendly and quick to assist and to quick to answer any questions I had. more

very shady company of thieves. bought a 1999 durango from them ran great for the test drive. 10 minutes after i got home went to leave it would not shift out of 1st gear has a bad governor pressure sensor and solenoid. dont listen when they tell you as is. \r \r Implied Warranties\r A car sold ""as is"" in Ohio still carries an enforceable implied warranty. According to Ohio law, even if not explicitly stated or written, the seller of a used car promises by implication that the vehicle is suitable for normal driving and use, is reasonably safe, has no unexpected major defects, and is similar in quality to equivalent cars in the same price range. Furthermore, if a dealer suggests to a buyer that a certain car is suitable for a particular purpose, such as towing, he creates an implied warranty for that purpose that is enforceable under Ohio laws. To collect under an implied warranty, however, the buyer has to prove that any defect in the vehicle was present at the time of sale. more

I dont have any problems at all with any of my purchases of the multiple cars I purchased from Woodville. Any problems were minor and fixable. I know that it was an as-is sale, but they assisted me on where to go for a deal on my repairs. I spent some money on wiper blades and new tires but regardless of all that work put in, the cars are in good shape and running. I am happy to have an honest company that sells reliable cars. They might need some make up, but definately aint no junk. And as far as all these reviews, I think these are competitors or hatey people that talk about Woodville. Go see for yourself and judge. more

WORST CAR LOT...my wife and i went there today to get a vehicle and the first three that we looked at would not even start, they needed jumped. Then we ended up putting money down for one knowing that the vehicle had minor defaults. But when we got it home it would not start back up, i have my charger hooked up and will not hold a charge, the car will not shut off (its not running, the ignition is stuck on)...makes me wonder why they had to ""get the car ready to test drive"". We were unaware of the major issue...i can keep goin on about that place but this review would never end...and o yea...i was not able to get a warranty unless ""I"" fixed the dashlight...bullshit if you ask me, but regretfully i am stuck paying 4000 dollars unless i can get it qualified to be a ""lemon""... more

Horrible customer service, the cars are junk, bought a car and drove it home and it died that night, ended up putting 2,400 into the car. Inconsiderate people! more

I have had a very hard time trying to get somewhere to finance me with my latest bancruptcy. I have went to a couple of Dealerships on Woodville Rd shopping for a car during tax season, but everywher i went they treated me and my husband like TRASH they rejected me in a click. Thats BAD!!! I was serious and wanted to do business but obviously a lot didnt. Once I stepped into the lot. The staff greeted us respectfully, called a salesman to help us. We waited like 5 minutes but that was not a problem because we knew that we were going to make progress. We told the salesman, Mo what we needed and in a glance Mo showed us the available cars in our price range. We found our dream car for a amazing price. I have heard Rumors about Woodville Auto but They R Great!!!!! Dont listen to the rest , woodville is the Best!! more

The sales people are fast talkers and don't tell you information such as market pricing of a car. They say there is 0% interest but you can tell easily that the care is marked up 4 times as much in order to cover their order. The down payment probably covers the cost of the car and anything else is clearly profit for them. This is obviously a business that is trying to sell cars to desperate people. I'm glad I did my research on the cars online before I contacted them. It was easy to see thorough their lies after I researched the cars they offered. Don't buy here if you don't have to! more

I've practically rebuilt the car I purchased from Woodville Auto. It's been less than a year that I've made this awful decision and EVERY month I'm at the shop getting it fixed for this or that! The payments are low so you can afford the unbelievable amount of repairs you will have! Buyer beware!!!\r more

I wish I had gone with my gut when it told me to run & save myself after sitting down wiyh Moe, the sales guy that gave me a really bad feeling due to him trying to convince me that the lot down the road were not 0% finance and he knows how they operate indicating that they were shady(see I test drove the other lots vehicle to W.A.F.) & his fast talk, but I was in a hurry to buy & I liked the look of the suv he showed me so the deciding factor was the other lot not being 0% financing but I later learned they were & i'm sure he knew they were. The engine light on the suv I ended up buying came on about an hr1/2 after I left the lot. I called immediately & they did nothing stating that cars are sold as is, the problem cost me $300. so obviously they dont check their vehicles for quality(a simple check with a diagnostic machine) or they know they're selling bad vehicles, I believe its a bit of both. Learn from this & buy at a quality lot that at least offers a waranty. more

I got my W2s last week and took them to Woodville Auto Finance were they did my taxes, gave me half off the down payment and a free 3 month car warranty!Couldn't find that deal anywere else.No interest or credit check.A deal you can't find everywere.Their service was great..I refered my sister and she is very satisfied with the car she bought from there.
