I wonder how this guy makes a living!

Editorial review from Citysearch 9/1/2013

I recently purchased a bed and bookcase from Woodstuff Too Furniture. The two men that I worked with were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. After I bought my furniture, the delivery service delivered and set up my my bed and bookcase in my house. I love my furniture and will be back to buy more furniture for my house. more

Wow, I just left this store, and I'm reeling. I waited patiently while the owner-salesman (a middle aged guy with very ruddy complexion) assisted a single man. Then, a male-female couple walked in, and he addressed them next, asking them if they needed help. He ignored me (a single female). The couple said they were just looking. I had to stand right in front of him, practically waving my arms to get his attention (it's a small store, and it was obvious I was waiting.) The type of furniture I was inquiring about had many different models from basic (and inexpensive) to higher quality (and many times more expensive). I asked him what the specific differences were in terms of features, quality of construction and, types of materials used. He just pointed to the cheaper item and said: I TOLD you, this is the cheap one, and you just gotta look at it, and the other one is the expensive one. I tried to get him to explain in more detail. I pointed to a horizontal piece of wood on the inside of the frame that looked like some sort of support and asked what purpose it served. He refused to answer. He said he did all the explaining he was going to do, and said he didn't know what was the matter with ME that I kept asking questions. I told him I'm a verbal person, and I need the specific differences between models spelled out for me. He responded to me as if I were an idiot. Then, he said, ""look lady, I've had it with your questions..get out, I""m closing."" I think I can get a handyman to build the item I'm looking for more cheaply than what this rude jerk was selling it for. I hope people boycott this place. Pros: So So Stuff Cons: Awful, Rude Service, Prices more
