Great variety in formal, casual, and pub settings. The appetizers are all great (half price bwt 3-5pm). Try the nasty nachos or the potato skins. Hamburger 1lb juicy, nicey grilled, fresh bun. Tomatoes were supermarket quality. No onions or pickles. Fries were great. Forget the crepes and waffles except all entrees (averaging $8) come with coffee, juice, home fries, and sticky buns. Pizza crust was perfect. It should be since they are bakers. In fact all the breads were fresh. They also brew beer. The Pigs Ear was as good as high quality UK and German ales. I don't know how Scott does all this cooking so consistantly well plus he runs the Inn, gift shop, and new expansions. It is wonder to experience all this in one place - do not miss it!
