Woodlawn Memorial Gardens

I have been writing to this firm for years trying to enlist their aid in either buying back or reselling plots that the family no longer wants. They do not bother to respond to business correspondence. I am bothered more by their rudeness and lack of professionalism in responding to business correspondence than by anything else. I assume they were not so unforthcoming when they sold the property. What's particulalry irksome is that they stand to benefit more financially from reaquiring these lots at a discount and reselling them they we do. What do I need to do to strike brain here? Very disappointed in them and I would not recommend conducting business with people who demonstrate this lack of consumer attention- once they have your money evidently you're not worth further bother on their part. more

I have never received the unprofessional service as I did from Woodlawn Gardens at an obviously difficult time. Heinous and appalling are the only words that can express my interaction. The representative disputed the timeframe the funeral director gave us and was not able to fit us into his schedule. He was more concerned with discrediting the funeral director than with helping my family. It was a terrible experience I would not wish on anyone especially in a time of loss. more
