TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!
-Was a normal place to live when under the previous management but since current management took over the place has really become unpleasant. Management is always requesting to come into the units for one reason or another, so be ready to have NO PRIVACY!
-The staff is very rude. make sure you get everything in writing with them because there is no consistency among the management staff and you'll likely get differing answers to any questions/requests you may have depending on who you talk to.
-The homes are really cheaply put together... The model unit they show you is well kept/updated and looks nice but every other unit I've seen has obvious signs of sloppy repairs.
-Bad appliances, they're either really old or they're newer but so cheap and such a poor quality that they don't work either!
-All the walls have cracks due to bad building foundations (they are fixing the foundations but it will be taking place over several years!)
-units are very dreadful and make for sky high heating bills.
