Woodlands Direct Taxi & Towncar

After multiple calls to multiple companies (and I mean multiple...) I was sent to Kay and her transportation group. My heartfelt thank you goes to her. They were able to get my daughter to a very important doctor's appointment and back home. My daughter felt very comfortable with them. She told her how sweet they had treated. There were minimal wait times on both the trips. I called to tell Kay Thank you, but I wanted others to know what a great service they provide. I will certainly use again. more

My secretary found this company online and booked us up for 5 trips into the year. They have so far been on time even at 4:00 am for our International flights. My wife and I both have been quite happy with the consistency of service. They arrive on time with clean cars and sober drivers. We are abit picky and they have satisfied our needs at a fair price. Just 2 miles from our Woodlands home we felt this minimised any room for err or traffic delays. Recommended-- yes. Pros: Asked if we wanted juice or water for our airport pick up more

We dont go out much at night. But we do have lots of medical appointments that we need to go on where we have to have someone else drive us back home. Several senior friends recommended this company and you know they have never ever let us down. They love senior people and their cars are always nice and clean. They have been patient with my husband's special needs with taking along our walkers and wheelchair. We dont always know our way around town with all the trees-- it can be so confusing out here in The Woodlands. But they always somehow seem to know how to get us where we need to go when we need a ride. These guys are ""right on"". Mrs. L. Picked us up after hours when no one else would. I pray they help other people like they did us. We would have missed our meeting and plane the next morning. They were determined and persistent and we are glad they were. Thank you for getting us where we needed to be. Jock Pros: Lady drivers were a nice change. Smelled nicer than the driver that took us from the airport. Cons: Wouldnt let us smoke in the car but the driver stopped and let me lite one up outside. more

Knew their way around the town when we were lost. Helped us find good things to do when not busy with office duties. We found restaurants and malls we never heard of before. Took shortcuts when traffic was blocked on the way back to the airport so we made our plane. Like I said... priceless. Pros: Got us home safe and sound and we were pretty shopped out. more

Knows the area... on time and clean vehicles. We have used these guys for trips to the airport as well as bar crawls and they do know their way around town. Recommended yes, of course. Had vans and towncars come for us and once a metered cab came. Prices fair and not jacked up like some of the cabbies do. John and Carol Pros: Upbeat and knows the area Cons: None that we found more
