LIVED HERE FOR A WHILE AND I HATE THIS PLACE. CHILDREN MAKE A BUNCH OF NOISE OUTSIDE AT THE PLAYGROUND PEOPLE ARE SUPPOSE TO BE IN THEIR HOME AT 10:00 PM BUT NO ONE GOES INSIDE , SO THEY STAY UP TILL LIKE 1:00 OR 2:00 AM MAKING NOISE ITS HARD TO GET SLEEP. THE PARKING BAD HERE WHEN I MOVED IN THEY PUT UP PARKING SIGNS SAYING RESERVED PARKING FOR LONG TERMS RESIDENTS I THINK SIGNING A YEAR LEASE IS LONG TERM. I PARKED IN ONE OF THOSE PARKIND FOR THE FIRST TIME AND THEY TREATENED TO TOW MY CAR I FOUND OUT LONG TERM TO THEM IS A FIVE YEAR LEASE THATS WACK. THE MAINTENANCE HERE IS A JOKE THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO RESPECT ABOUT 8:00 AM ONE MORNING I WOKE TO BANGING AND HOLLERING AT MY DOOR THESE PEOPLE WERE TRYING TO GET IN ALL CRAZY SCARED ME , I THOGHT I WAS GETTING A HOMEINVASION DONE ON ME BUT IT WAS THE MAINTENANCE. THEN ANOTHER TIME I WAS AT WORK I CAME HOME EARLY THE MAITENANCE MAN WAS IN MY HOUSE FOR A WHILE THE NEIGHBOR TOLD ME HE HAD LEFT WHEN I CAME IN IT SMELLED LIKE HE TOOK A DUMPIN HERE. I CAN'T EVEN FILL UP THE WATER IN MY TUB ONLY HALF WAY BECAUSE THEY SAY IT LEAKS TO THE NEIGHBORS DOWN STAIRS BUT THEY STILL DON'T KNOW THE PROBLEM AND THEY THREATEN TO HAVE ME PAY FOR THE LEAK WHEN IT THERE PIPES AND THE PROBLEM WAS THERE BEFORE I MOVED IN PROBABLY. THERE LAUNDRY ROOM IS A JOKE THE MACHINES ARE OLD AS HELL SOME R BROKEN. PEOPLE THAT MOVE IN NOW U ONLY GET CARPET IN THE BED ROOM. THE KIDS ALSO HAVE NO RESPECT FOR WHERE THEY LIVE THEY WHERE THROWING TH E TRASH AND THE BAG BUSTED SO THEY LEFT ALL THE TRASH ON THE SIDE WALK AND WENT INSIDE. THIS PLACE IS BAD I FEEL LIKE WHEN I COME OUTSIDE WHICH IS TO CHECK MY MAIL EVERYONE JUST LOOKS AT U. KIDS ARE CONSTANTLY RUNNING AROUND WITHOUT THERE PARENTS THE OTHERDAY I ACTUALLY TOOK MY CHILD OUTSIDE THERE WAS THIS KID THE SAME AGE AS HER WHOS PARENTS WHERE NOT THERE AND HE FAIL REALLY BAD I THOUGH HIS NECK WAS GONNA BREAK. I was reading the prior rating and I just have to agree. Management is definately a joke! The neighbors around here make this complex look like we're living in a very low income housing area. Teenagers running around wild causing problems, breaking things, disrespecting adults, making out with their ""boyfriend/girlfriends"" looking like they're almost having s e x out at the playground. YES... the playground where our little ones play. There are some wonderful single moms here, but the others make single parents look BAD! I've actually seen a few 3 yr old children outside after 7PM WITHOUT an adult with them! Actually there are very few parents out supervising their children at all hours of the day and night. G H E T T O... doesn't even begin to describe it. I wish I would've seen this rating before I came here. Now I have a year to go before my lease is up. I'm hoping this place will get cleaned up before then. I'd stay here because the apartments are nice and you can't beat all bills paid. But the neighbors... that's just not right. I can't enjoy the outdoors because of the neighbors around here. All these teens causing problems and the parents not supervising them? Oh and then they go running to the parent telling them stories of people doing them wrong so that the parent comes out and makes a complete fool of themselves telling people off and getting in their faces? If I were that parent who was ""verbally attacked"", I'd press charges. These parents were outside supervising their kids and they're attacked? Wonder what management will do about this?\r \r Probably nothing!\r \r Don't move here! It's not worth it, unless you have a plan to clean up this place. Management is a joke. Suppose to be a family oriented place to live but seems like we're living in the \r g h e t t o. No parent supervision outdoors, kids from all ages starting at 3 yrs old up to 13-14. Playing in washeteria and breaking windows, etc. I'm sure rent will go up soon. Report things to the office and absolutely nothing gets done. Undrivable cars parked for a year and still sitting there. Management is called and it's still sitting there.\r \r Lease is coming up soon, can't wait to get out of here. Pros: All bills paid Cons: level of living has drastically gone down. more
