I used to think this store at least had good customer service; however, after having to return more than one item due to DoItBest products being very poorly made what I was met with is the attitude the experiences I'd had were somehow my fault (oh, this has never happened before...!). I can hardly imagine a more obliquely offensive response. It was bad enough the projects I tried to use their products for turned out to be a complete and disappointing wast of my time and energy. They would benefit from learning to take responsibility in these situations, and extend an apology rather than limiting that 'friendly' customer service to when a sale is being made.
