Office staff is rude, unprofessional, immature, and difficult to deal with. From the caddy receptionists whispering and giggling each time a guy goes in or out of the collection rooms to the office manager who is unorganized and inaccurate in billing and cash application, but quick pass any disaster she has created on to a collections agency. Dr. Trout does not have a very personable bedside manner, she comes across very clinical. Dr. Trout is quick to recommend IVF without any other, less evasive solutions (further diagnosing the reason for infertility, non-evasive solutions to resolve minor fertility issues and other procedures such as IUI). Save yourself time, money, and heartache
