Professional and thorough 9/20/2016

Stephen #305 was our plumber. He was very courteous and explained what needed to be done with our problem. He kept us advise as he was working and then explained what repairs were made. Very professional and thorough. He is an asset to the Woodfin Company. more

Woodfin's Robert Service 9/13/2016

Today Woodfin tech Robert #33 performed the first annual check of gas furnace and A/C installed by Woodfin about a year ago. The systems have functioned so well I was not surprised that he found no problems after a very thorough going over. Just wanted to compliment Robert for being such a friendly, courteous and competent member of the Woodfin "home team." more

Woodfin Air Conditioner Repair - Robert #33 8/25/2016

Robert did a great job diagnosing my air conditioner problem. He was prompt and courteous and FAST. He identified that ants had eaten the electrical connector and had one on the truck. He was done before I knew and he reminded me a few times to get ant killer so this wouldn't happen again. Thanks!!! more

The Adam G.Experience 7/8/2016

Yesterday,Adam G. A technician for Woodfin's came to my home on follow up call. He explained in detail what he was going to do.Adam had to go in the attic and under the house to the crawl space and never complained .After accessing the problem,he went about making the repair. He also found a problem with lint build up.I did not know was there.I asked a lot of questions and he took the time to explain things to me.I found him to be very technical,but,breaks it down so even I understood what he was talking about. more
