So even though every website about this company gives them a really bad review....Guess what... I didn't listen!
I am not going to say not to shop here, because someone might have a better exprience than what I had.
My car needed its wheel bearing replaced but because the wheel bearing was so bad, I had to replace the whole wheel hub assembly (Wheel frame)
I was going to order it online, but I found out Woodfins was near my house and it takes ""2-3"" days instead of 7-10 business days from the online website. So I spoke with a gentleman about the part at woodfins and he told me I can come down there and pay for the part and it will be there within 2-3 days and that it was only 65 dollars.
I get there and the part is 81 dollars and the sales associate acted as if he had no idea what I had ordered. Then he said it will be there by the middle of next week. Um No it took 7-8 days to get my part and then to make it all worse it was the WRONG part.
I sent my boyfriend up there to exchange the part and someone else says ""we order the part it'll be there in 2-3 days""(Yeah we know that's not true), So I call there the same day and the original sales associate told me ""I don't even know what I order because he ordered the right part and its my fault that I received the wrong part because I probably don't know what I needed anyway, There's nothing I can do for you at this point, I mean I'm sorry it happened, but its not like it's my fault"", Oh yeah he even said this and I wish he would have said this to my boyfriend ""Oh you should be glad that you're even getting the part for this price, anywhere else it would have been way more money"" .... so I called 4 days later and I was placed on a 15-18 min hold, just for the sales associate to tell me ""Oh my system isn't updated so I'll call you back in 5 mins"" ARE YOU SERIOUS?! That was cover up to say.. Ohhhh I forgot, let me order it now! So I have been waiting 2 weeks for nothing..... Then to get a refund when I paid cash I have to wait a week for them to write me a check and mail it.... Really pathetic! Wow... What a Company. So Again, I am not saying don't order from this company, but I would try and see if somewhere else had it
**Update: The Manager got involved and he has been very helpful through this process.
