I WOULD recommend this building as a wonderful, peaceful place to live if management changed. The onsite manager is pushy, disrespectful, rude to tenants and guest, lies about company and community rules, and gives certain tenants special treatment from the rest. I am embarrassed to have guest over or even simply pass by her with my guest because she scolds and makes everyone feel uncomfortable. Although the Woodbridge Park Apartment building is located in a nice neighborhood, right next door to a beautiful dog park and private elementary school, has two pools, gas grills in the back, and friendly neighbors; there is never any parking available, the onsite manager can be an annoyance and it is embarrassing to have my guest walking through my apartment building to get to my apartment commenting on how racist this building seems to be. If you ever have the chance to visit and take a tour, you would see African-Americans placed in the back of the building, Caucasians in the front, and Hispanics all placed in the middle back (INCLUDING the manager). If you are a student, hate animal friendly buildings, or simply value your privacy, then this would NOT be the place for you. But living in a pet friendly building can make the countdown for your lease feel somewhat at ease.Also the tenants are loud with music and television and the manager does not seem to care. She complains to everyone else about noise, but forgives certain people. Hence the special treatment.
