BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This company is HORRIBLE!! Waiting 5 Months for a shed that was supposed to be delivered in 6 Weeks time. Repeated calls, repeated excuses, horrible customer service. They actually hung up the phone on me after they took my $2000 deposit. Now I have to try and get beck my money through the credit card company. The idiot (Lee) that answers the phone has the brain capacity of a flee. DONT DO IT!! more

Still waiting for a shed ordered in April. Not the same owners as the Wood Kingdom in Farmingdale. No return calls on my deposit refund. Going to Farmingdale to order another one. more

THESE GUYS ARE CON MEN!! BEWARE Ordered & paid deposit on an expensive swing set & shed in Feb 2012, delivery date was confirmed numerous times for May 24th,even up to a few days before, day of nobody showed up & then given a pack of lies as to why neither item was ready,came again the following week & tried to install a different & inferior model to what i had ordered & paid for. bottom line, very,very shady company. more

VERY HAPPY WITH OUR SHED. 1/2/2012

The sales people at wood kingdom are excellent. The product that they sell is superior to any other. They showed us different sizes, colors and tons of options. They even knocked down our old shed and took it away. It did take alittle longer than expected but it was well worth the wait. Looking to get a gazebo next year and i will be back. more

Outstanding Customer Service 7/11/2011

I came into the store on saturday with a broken swing. I don't think we had even bought it there, but the guy behind the counter brought it in the back and fixed it up. I don't know if you've seen the prices of swings today but they are expensive! Loewes wanted $40 for a new one. The store was crowded too, but the young man fixed it up and brought it back fast. I think the heavy set man, manager or owner maybe did the work but they did'nt even charge me. These are nice people. My grand kids are getting older so I probably won't need a swing again, but I do need a shed and when I do I'm getting from these people. more

Don't do it! 7/9/2011

although this is a beautiful shed, the poor customer service experience was a completely frustrating situation. We were told the shed would take 4 weeks...ended up taking almost triple that time. Not so bad but the customer service guys were not helpful at all. No one knew when the shed was coming. Then on delivery day we were very specific about the time it needed to be there but that was screwed up too and I had to race like a crazy woman from patchogue to my home in southampton to make sure the shed was in the location, etc. The customer service guys were not at all helpful and actually called us liars about the delivery time agreement! more
