We were having issues with our outlets in our house. Called our home warranty company and they sent a guy out from Woo Brothers to fix it. Turns out all that needed to be done was a few outlets needed to be replaced. However in the process, their guy decided to take out breakers in the breaker box. When he went to put back in the breakers he had taken out he used a screw driver to force them back in and ended up bending the breaker panal causing our breakers to arc (sparks were flying out of the breaker box). We called them back and told them what had happened and that they needed to send their guy back out to fix the problem. Over a week later, the same guy came back out. He again took a screwdriver to the panal and bent the breakers the other way. However, in the process of doing that he caused other breakers to arc. So we called them a third time and told them that they needed to replace the whole box because they had messed it up so bad. They refused, saying it was a pre-existing condition. It has been over a month and we no longer have a working dishwasher, dryer, garbage disposal and some of the lights in our house are not working because the Woo Brothers refused to take responsibility. We have decided to file a claim with their insurance company. We recently had another company come out and look at the box. They said it was in horrible shape, there were burn marks in back of the breakers that had been bent, the whole system needed to be replaced and we are lucky something didn't catch on fire.
