We bought a Pogo Pass, which included a visit to Wonder World Cave & Park. We spent 90 minutes to drive there to do the tour. When we arrived, however, we were told that they would not allow us on the tour unless and until a paying customer arrived. It is there policy not to do tours for Pogo Pass holders unless there are also paying customer taking the tour. (You can’t do any of the events except as part of a tour). We waited a while and eventually another couple showed up to take the tour. However, they also were holders of Pogo Passes and were told the same thing. We were told that this happens frequently and it is the owner’s policy and there is nothing they (the employees) could do about it. Eventually, we gave up and made the 90-minute trek back home.
So, if you have a Pogo Pass, don’t waste your time and effort to go. If you don’t have a Pogo Pass and are considering going to Wonder World Cave & Park: Don’t. This is not the type of business that anyone should support. They certainly don’t care about the people who go there. Look at how we were treated. Going to this place and spending even one cent just encourages them to continue this uncaring behavior.
