Dr. Farmer was amazing! She took time to explain everything & answered all of my questions. Even called me back herself to talk with me about my results in depth. Unheard of nowadays. Great staff, everyone was very pleasant. Took a little bit longer than anticipated, but that's the way it is with any Dr appointment. Overall I would give her a 10. I was skeptical after reading so many negative reviews, don't listen!!! Dr Farmer is an AMAZING Dr. Few & far between. Dr. Farmer is the best ob I have ever been to. She is by no means a ""warm fuzzy"" doctor, but she knows what she is doing and always answered my questions. If you are looking for a warm fuzzy doctor, don't choose her. She is funny, but very sarcastic (I appreciate that but not everyone does) I had a high risk pregnancy and she was always on top of things. She called me back even when she wasn't the doc on call at 2am when I started bleeding early on. I recommend her to everyone I know. The only bad thing is the wait, sometimes I had to wait well past my appointment time, but I feel like every doctor's office in vegas is like that. more

First of all, I was not able to schedule an appointment until the 8th week of pregnancy. I understand why they might want to do this, but what about prenatal vitamins and such. It seemed like they don't want to waste their time unless they are pretty sure the embryo is going to stick? When my appointment time came, I was all ready for a pelvic exam, blood work, and maybe even an ultrasound. Nope. The very blunt and rude medical assistant stated that none of that would be happening, that this was to be a Meet & Greet only. Then she had an intern come in a take the ultrasound machine out of the room, which I thought was a little unnecessary. When Dr. Farmer entered the room, she spoke very, very fast and rushed though her speech. Her bedside manner is horrible!! She couldn't care less about her expecting patients. She is never in the office. Phone calls are returned in no less than 3 to 4 days. If you want a prescription called in or changed, be prepared to wait at least 2 weeks. I keep giving this office ""one more chance,"" but my husband is insisting that we find another doctor. I'm calling to cancel my next appointment. This is my first message, but please remember these are doctors that deliver babies. We can't schedule a ""good"" time that won't interferer with ""your"" appointment. I go to this facility and I am always greeted with a smile and they apologize for your wait. And if you ask why it took long there is an explanation! It isn't dirty, I have walked into worst places (gas station restrooms). I am very happy with my doctor, Kathleen Jones-Monte, even if I have to wait a little longer at times. I had no problem seeing her throughout my pregnancy. And when I went to deliver my baby and she wasn't scheduled to work she came to deliver my baby at 1am anyhow. She always makes time to talk to you even if she is running behind. The phone line is always open and her nurse Michelle is always helpful. I am so glad that I found a doctor & nurse that care about my health! Please go and see for yourself!! more

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this office! They make you wait months before you get in to see a doctor, and then they often will cancel your appointment the day of. Even if it is urgent, it is nearly impossible to get an appointment. Once you finally do get an appointment, they make you wait an hour or more before you can see the doctor, but if you are 10 minutes late, they will not see you at all, and it will be months before you can get another appointment. My regular doctor is Dr. Kathleen Jones-Monte. She?s okay, but she?s extremely difficult to get in to see, cancels often, and she does not return phone calls when info is urgent or a diagnosis is involved. Dr. Kimberly Farmer is horrible! She?s unprofessional; she?ll talk to you about important info when your legs are still spread and it?s no longer necessary for you to be in this uncomfortable position. Then, she won?t answer your questions, and will not review medicine instructions with you. She made me feel very uncomfortable and unimportant! Also, the doctors here make you talk to medical assistants when receiving a diagnosis, they will not under any circumstances talk to you personally! Finally, the office staff is unfriendly, rude, and uneducated. I don?t even think the office is clean! All around?I give this office and their doctors a terrible review. I have given them every chance to redeem themselves, and without fail, they have let me down every single time!!! Pros: Good location.
