Being new to the Seattle area, I was nervous to find a new OBGYN, but one visit to Dr. Pi changed all that. She was awesome, and one of those really open people you feel comfortable talking to. My exam was quick, painless and they always get me in right on time. Plus she offers great advice! The office is a little small, but the great doctors more than make up for it. Pros: Great doctors, excellent care, convenient location Cons: Office, but it's not that bad more

They call this place the Menopause Center so you expect them to be ready to address Menopause. I went in because I thought I might be at or near menopause. I wanted to know what to expect and how to deal with my symtoms. I told them the purpose of my visit when I made the appointment but when I got there and repeated the purpose of the visit, she said she had to give me a full exam, lots of tests that had nothing to do with menopause ( cholestrol, thyroid, mammogram) and that she would not be able to address Menopause- I would have to come back for that. I should have walked out then. The doctors at the Menopause Center were not informative, sympathetic, friendly, or interested in you as an individual. It appeared to me that their sole motivation was MONEY. I didn't go back and would not recommend that anyone else go there. If you're like me and get nervous when switching to a new OBGYN, not a good place to start! Expect to wait at least 20mins only to get put in a closet-sized room and be treated by ARNP Jill McEachern like you're just one more in the long line of hoo-hoo's she's had to see that day. Not that it's ever a pleasant experience, but I'm definitely going to ask around a little more next time. more
