The doctors are GREAT but the staff is terrible, uncaring and rude. I had the pleasure of having Dr Lineberry for 5 yrs. He is a wonderful doctor (the best I have ever had) but 2 of the "ladies" working there are just flat out rude.I have sent more than 12 other people there and half of them feel the same way. Its too bad because the Doctors lose patients and dont know why. Its not fair to the Doctors and they need to know how these "ladies" behave. I understand why the toss the patients around but it makes me look bad when I tell someone how great a particular doctos is but when they go to the office they see everyone but the one I reffered them to. Ohhhh well....just wanted to get this off my chest more

I'm Slightly Dissappointed 2/6/2009

I moved to Illinois from Missouri, and currently see WCOSI for my second pregnancy. Although the office staff is courteous, I feel like it is lacking in the personal relationship I had with my previous OB. I feel tossed around between the doctors and not close to any of them. So far, Chadwick is the only one I would like to deliver my baby. more

Caring Physicians 7/30/2006

Dr. Chadwick is associated with this group and is a caring physician. He takes the time with you during your appointment to go over any type of problems you may have. He is very busy but once you get into the patient room his time is devoted to you and your concerns. He is friendly, warm, and respects his patients. more

Terrific OB-GYN 8/9/2005

This office is great. The staff is friendly, professional and very competent. Dr. Chadwick provided prenatal care and delivered all three of my children and I'd recommend him to my closest friends. The office offers excellent ultrasound technology. Wait times for scheduled appointments can be long depending on deliveries but staff is generally helpful with rescheduling if necessary. more
