The goal of this organization is good and they do a nice job in the store itself, but the process for donating is terrible. Don't bother donating unless you have two small boxes of something like crystal or china that you can donate at lunch time on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. We were told on the phone that they would take three boxes each day (Th/F/Sat), only to arrive at the place (driving 25 miles) to find they only took two. We made several trips and found that the times they actually take donations are not the times they advertise online. They put out the "no more donations"sign early in the afternoon rather than at 4. On one occasion we arrived just as they were putting out the sign. We had two medium-sized boxes with smaller bags in each one. They did agree to take only two bags from one of the boxes. We were donating quality items and found their attitude of only taking these limited items to be out-of character for a thrift shop. Despite the fact that we were very polite each time we visited (maybe 6 times over 2 weeks), their attitude toward donors is very bad. Be aware if you want to donate that the people who run the donation operation will likely to have a hostile reaction to your generosity.
