too bad there isn't an option to choose less than one star.. one star rating is too high. Living at this place has been the worst experience in my life. It is my mistake that I made a decision live here and I will never do it once again. Here are the reasons why this place sucks: 1. management is so arrogant. You walk in and there are five people there and no one says hi can I help you. 2. The mail gets lost all the time. It happened to me several times where I lost packages and other important mail. I've also seen people complaining for the same problem. 3. They keep changing rooms. They have the right to move/relocate you anywhere in the complex and you can't do anything. 4. I've seen people sell drugs. I've called the management couple times about people doing drugs and smoke weed, but they were like ""sorry we can't do anything. The police has to handle it"" 5. Noise noise noise especially on the weekend and when you're going to bed. 6. The hallways stink. The smell like Utah lake and worse. 7. Whenever you fill a maintenance form, it takes ages to fix the problem. and they end up braking other stuff. 8/ If you decide to sell your contact, you'll have to pay 150 dollars penalty fees. 9. They say that they have the fastest internet in Orem. I've never ever seen slower than their bandwidth. Never believe them. Do a speed test and see yourself. 10. There aren't enough parking spots around the building. You usually end up parking 10 minutes away. In the church parking lot. 11. Car theft. So many times, people broke into cars and stole valuable things. Happen to my friend. He had a convertible and they shredded the top, stole everything inside. 12. In winter, they never clean the sidewalks neither parking lots. 13. Room temperatures, it is either cold or hot. You have no control. 14. The gym lacks so many equipment. Good things there: Nothing Please don't be fooled by the model rooms that they show you. And please don't be fooled by the pictures on their website. These are just pictures of the girls that work their. And once you need something or have a question, they speak to you as if you're not there.
