I cannot imagine that anyone would ever be upset with Wolfe and Sons work. I have been using Wolfe for almost 40 years and have dealt with John Sr. to his son Tink and his two sons John and Gordie. Each one of them cares about the comfort of their customers more than charging the big bucks. I've called them on more then one occasion on the weekends or after hours when our furnace or ac goes out and they have someone there right away. Very skilled technicians that figure out the problem right away, a friendly sales team, and all around great management. If your looking for a high quality family owned business to do your HVAC work look no further then Wolfe and Sons more

Unimpressed 8/19/2012

I had 2 different technicians from Wolfe and Sons try to repair my air conditioner unit. The first one got it running for 2 days and told me to start saving for a new unit. The 2nd one told me it couldn't be fixed. I called Know Heating and Cooling for an estimate on a new unit. The technician came and said "It's wired wrong". After he replaced a wiring harnass it started right up and has been fine ever since. That saved me several thousand dollars. more

Family values from a Family Business 3/9/2011

I have used several company's over the years but that ended when I found Wolfe & Sons. I was shocked by the way I was treated by the group in whole. The service manager was friendly, the guy that came out was thorough and professional and the bill was $125 cheaper than the same repair cost me two years ago with another company. I ended up asking for a quote to replace my twenty year old furnace and when I shopped around they was $400 less than the next nearest competitor. Now I have a new furnace that looks great and works well, my electric and gas bills are cheaper just like John Wolfe Jr. told they would be and I am a client for life. Tell your friends and nieghbors , customer service is not dead it is very much alive at Wolfe & Sons. more

I used this company and was satisfied 100% 3/8/2011

I used Wolfe&Sons quite frankly out of need. I had been using another company but my furnace broke and they could'nt get out till monday and it was saturday afternoon and I had guests coming and a house that was 60 degrees and dropping. I called the emergency service, they had it fixed in two hours , no problem. The guy that came out was professional and thorough and the bill was $125 less than the same repair two years ago by my old company i used. I ended up getting a quote to replace my twenty year old furnace and just like the guy said I used less gas and electricity, it is quieter and cheaper. They did a excellent job replacing my old one . I would recommend these people to anyone. Family values from a Family business for sure. more

I give Wolfe & Sons 5 stars. I am of no relation nor do I know anyone at the company excepting the service personell. I have been a happy customer for over 25 years & had 2 furnaces & air units installed. They at all times have served my family well. I highly recomend them. Wolfe & Sons Heating & Cooling is reliable 9/9/2009

As of 2008, our system had not been serviced probably since 1992 when the house was built. The previous owner wasn't into maintenance of equipment. I figured servicing our furnace and a/c would cost an arm and a leg but it didn't. We signed up for the year contract when they worked on the furnace and they came out quickly when we called to work on the a/c in the spring. There was a lot to be done on both items but they took their time and we've had lower bills since. They do quality work and are responsive and friendly. I doubt that they are the cheapest but you get what you pay for. more

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE!! 6/30/2009

I called this company based on the reviews on this site. I have actually used them 3-4 times and, in retrospect, feel very silly that I didn't go to another company sooner. The service people are very friendly, return your calls quickly and tell you "what is wrong" with your system-- but BEWARE-- you will spend money and your AC/Heating (we had them come for both!) still won't work well. You will call them back and then there will be another "problem". I can only say that now, because after dropping $500, they told me my AC was fine. Obviously, it was not since it was HOT in the house. Anyway, the next day I called "Total Comfort"- they found a problem and FIXED it! We probably won't get our money back from Wolfe & Sons, but at least I can warn other people!! more

good reputation 7/3/2006

ive heard of them for a while because my old landlord used to do contracting with them. they are reliable and fast but definately not cheap. we had a bad filter in the AC and it was steaming out outside and eith the AC on it felt really humid inside.they came at a moments notice and already brought the new filter with them which was sooo nice so we didnt have to wait for it to be ordered or anything. since we felt like it was an emergency we went ahead and bought it through them which was probably a good $30 overpriced but we didnt care since it was so hot! more

This is a class act operation and hard to find these days. So many heating people have tried to sell us a bunch of services we dont need rather than just fix the problem but not these guys. Awesome work and really fair prices. more
