The Managment is very lazy and unresponsive to any of my needs and maintinece reqirements to the apartment. The manager, Jose, is very impersonal, he wont remember your face or name from one hour to the next. Maintinence crew is very rude. Parking is a nightmare!!!! There was eighteen hundred bucks worth of damage to my car due to the tight spots and inconsiterate neighbors. That also brings the point of loud music until 4am from one of my neighbors and managment has done nothing. Nothing after four months of complaints. everyone lets their dogs deficate everywhere, ignoring signs and the doggie messclean up stations. Outdated units, and poorly maintained. My unit was always cold downstairs in the winter but smoldering upstairs because of a faulty heater and deteriated weather stripping and a rotted out threshold. That was eventually fixed after six months of work orders turned in. For the price you can find a much better place to live.
Pros: In my unit it is easier and safer to park in the street.
