Let’s start off by saying I want told by two people not to take my camera there. I should have listened because it would have saved me the headache and time… I could careless about the money after all this!! The Customer Service is awful at the Wolf Camera in Stockbridge Georgia. I took my camera in because it had locked up. I was told by a sales lady what the cost would be and what services were covered in those costs. I then received a phone call about additional service cost for the camera. When I asked what the additional services were, they were the SAME services I had been told would be coved and paid for!! I could not understand why I was paying for the same exact services I had already paid for. I then talked with three different people who could not fully explain to me what was going on…why I was being charges for something I had already paid for? After everyone at Wolf Camera back peddling on what the additional services were for, they cut the additional cost in half. So basically these people don’t have any idea what they are talking about and I have to pay for their lack of knowledge. They initial told me it would be 4-6 weeks, you would think they would call if it was going to be longer? No, I finally called to get an update on my camera and how much longer it would take, to be told they would call me back. I waited two weeks for an update or a courtesy call. Nobody from Wolf Camera ever called me back, so I finally went to the store. Finding out my camera was still not back. So from this experience how do I feel about the Wolf Camera in Stockbridge Georgia? They don’t know much about what they are doing, give poor customer service, and from how I see it they don’t even care!! So think twice before dropping off you camera because you don’t always get want they tell you your paying for!!!
