And he treats you well. Mr Chang gets his own fresh vegetables every day. Somedays, he is your host, cook, and waiter. And cashier. He plays classical music all the time, and you are surrounded by tons of lush green plants (which he takes outside every morning for sun) and a gigantic record collection.
The food is delicious, and he charges very little for what you get. We're talking 5 bucks. It has a bit of the home made feel; some of the tables are card tables, some decor is home made, but you're there to eat. I've personally eaten all over China, and this is as close at it gets to the real thing. It's a little old, it's a little dated, but the food and friendliness cannot be beat.
