Woburn Auto Body did a wonderful job with my car. They are professional and helpful, esp. Jim Cooper and Rhonda. I was kept informed daily on the progress of my car; they called with any questions and nicely answered all my questions. Rental was super easy. My car looks better than it did before the accident. I highly recommend Woburn Auto Body in every aspect of their work. more

Everything was done quickly, professionally, and with frequent email updates (with pictures). Any question was answered by phone or email. When I got the car back there was a headlight suddenly ""out"" and they told me to bring it back where they replaced it, no questions asked. The car was cleaned and detailed as well. And they gave my son and I free cookies!\r more

Excellent! 4/24/2013

The front end staff (especially Ronda) were great to deal with. Complex paperwork was handled with friendliness and aplomb. The estimate was completed quickly and accurately. The rental for the week was a 2013 Corolla at a bargain rate. The work was finished on time and it looks perfect. I couldn't have asked for more. more

I was impressed about their knowledge of the difficulties sometimes in getting replacement parts, the timeframes and the network they had to overcome some of the challenges. As I indicated they do the job correctly and do not rush the process but are also very much aware that they want the customer to get their vehicle back as soon as they can. The best part was that when I picked up the vehicle they has done a thorough detail job on the entire vehicle which I hadn't expected other than a minor clean up. I plan to have WFAB do some work on our other vehicle as well based on our exceptional experience here.\r more

I highly recommend anyone to bring their vehicle to Woburn Foreign Auto body. They were professional, informative at each step in the process, proactive in their communication to my inquiries and above all their work is first class. They have an email system that allows you to see photos of the progress they are making on the vehicle and if you are inclined to send emails there is a spot in the email for communication back to them.\r more

Overall experience was great! 4/5/2013

The rental car was really nice, the office staff was professional and helpful, and the car looks brand new. You can tell they take pride in their work at this place. They worked with my insurance company in a very positive way and it was as easy as it could possibly be. Thank you!! more

Service was excellent vehicle looks great 3/28/2013

My wife met an accident and front driver side was damaged. I had option to go anywhere, however I preferred Woburn foreign auto, because my other car was worked on before and had good experience with them. Jim Cooper was very good in explaining everything and regularly sending an update via e mail and pictures of the car and progress done. I will not hesitate to recommend Woburn Foreign to any friends.\r more

Great service and great quality! 3/17/2013

Had an accident with my VW R32 which they repaired. Was able to check status of repairs via online portal with daily snapshots if what work was done. Had installed everything back to the way it was. What was important to me was that they kept me in the loop. more
