PAY ATTENTION...or pay through the nose for some worthless crap, that when it breaks, you will have absolutely no option to return or exchange. And, all of these other negative reviews are absolutely true. The owner is one of the rudest, uncaring, hateful people I have ever encountered. DON'T GIVE HER ANOTHER DIME OUT OF YOUR POCKET. YOU WILL NOT BE THE EXCEPTION. You will inevitably get screwed if you do business with her. Order online or find another head shop. You will be glad you did. Trust me. more

Linda is a quack, and the meanest b*tch I have ever met. She sells garbage, and charges excessive amounts for her crap. I have seen her throw things at her employees. She also tell employees to do everything they can to get as much money out of the customers...without being friendly..WTF? more

MINUS THE ONE STAR-WAS REQUIRED I went into Wizard's yesterday and could not believe how badly the owner berated and verbally abused her employees. Decided then and there to not buy the gifts that I had gone there to purchase. I imagine she would never dream to talk that ugly to her damn dogs that were roaming the shop. more

This is the Largest & Best Smoke Shop with a great Gift Store. Import cigarrettes & tobacoos are very reasonable. I have visited many times, always friendly staff and great selection of smoking accessories & gift merchandise. more

They don't even deserve one star. I bought an ornament for 30 bucks, way overpriced but that was okay. It was a gift and when I went home to wrap it, it was broken, they sold it to me in a box and stupidly I didn't check it before I left the store. I went back the next day only to be told I couldn't exchange or get a refund unless approved by a manager who conveneintly wasn't there for a few days. I ended up buying another ornament. I called the manager when he was back at the store and he was so rude and told me that I would not be getting a refund, credit, nothing. I will not give them anymore business and I will tell all of my friends. Horrible customer service. I will take my business elsewhere and I hope that they close the store. more

EVERYTHING in the store is completely over priced! There is an AMAZING new fair priced and fully stocked store in cordova now on germantown rd called smoke shop (same lot as hueys) Everyone quit giving your buisness to this manic! And start getting your moneys worth at the smoke shop!! more

The other reviewers are right. I bought a simple ring, and it was over 30 bucks. I've never seen similar rings go for that much. When he rung me up, my jaw nearly hit the floor. The man I dealt with was pretty friendly, but the employees hanging out behind the store were awful. more

I honestly hate giving them even one star. The manager (Danny) is very rude not on one but two occasions. His specialty is talking down to you, while letting you know HE is the MANAGER and the owner backs him. Everything there is very overpriced. Ex: Dijarum Milds at Wizards- $7.99. The same at a store on Union - $4.25!!! Don't waste your time or money going to a store that gouge's it's customers while treating them like dogs. Cons: Rude employees/Overpriced merchandise more

wizards has a variety of things for sell, but they are all very overpriced and most of their merchandise looks homemade. if you're looking for a good smoke shop, you should go to Whatever on Highland. Their sales staff seems to know more, and their merchandise is a little more profesional looking. wizards will not give prices over the phone, and there's a reason for that!! if you're looking for a piece of pvc pipe with a bowl on it for $50, wizards is the place for you.
