I am very satisfied will be back. I came in to look at a plow for my Grizzly. They were very helpful and I ended up ordering a plow with a winch. I picked everything up two days later. Got home and had some questions about installation and called them and they gave me the info that I needed. Saved me the big headache of trying to figure things out for myself. Would certainly recommend them. more

Worst experience of my life.. nothing but one excuse after another .I'm still waiting for a part after two years but the funnye thing is I paid it in full when I ordered it. I'm trying to be nice here so I'll leave out how I really feel but if you can avoid doing business here you should. You would travel elsewhere and your time and efforts will be better spent elsewhere. more

They are absolutely the worst... they stored my bike outback in their scrap yard, never fixed my bike, but put on a new battery......while I was in their dark unlit showroom 2 people called about the status of their bikes... it got a little nasty.. after a year of stories I just picked it up. They have more stories than Mark Twain. I don't know how they sleep at night....... more

I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !!!!! I ordered a new 4 wheeler , and I got a used one with over 25 miles on it and scratched all over, They were telling me that was test miles.According to the manufactoring co., about 5 miles is all that's put on for pre sale testing.The President (Tom) and all his employees are big liars. It took them over 6 months to the title. DO YOURSELLF A FAVORITE AND DON'T GO THERE!!!!! more

I have been riding for 30 years all makes and I love to visit motorcycle shops. These guys are great!!! They are helpful and do great work . I took my bike to 3 different shops to be fixed the parts were either backordered or not available. They found my parts and repaired my bike . I cannot believe the bad reviews this was not my expierence at all. They were most efficient. Highly reccomend this store Pros: knowledgeable friendly Cons: out in the boonies more

These guys are the filth of the planet. I group them with Infant molesters and Bin Laden Types. Any good reviews are from employees, most of which are on work release programs. The place is a toilet, the service is better at a housing project crank stop and the people are subhuman garbage. I have witnessed a better quality of people on death row documentaries. I use to own a motorcyle. It was a descent bike I got from a friend that needed new forks and a rebuilt carb. Pros: Your mother does not want you to have a motorcycle any way. Cons: You loose your money and your bike. more

I have purchased a couple of bikes form this shop, and I have met every person that works there. For everyone that read the first post, I know that Wizard hasnt stocked a FZ-1 since the bike came out lol. The counter is messy sometimes, but they seem to know whare everything is. I also know that John works in service and isnt a salesman. I am also unsure of how this person observed the service dept. because they keep the back off limits. I know that these guys are a great team and they are very resonable about prices and service. I also am unsure of how this person can put down a family owned shop and complain about waiting to have a machine uncrated. They uncrated my zx-6 in about 20 min. and I was out of there but the time i was done filling out my paperwork. I would reccomend this shop, I drive out there from dyer IN. and i know that i enjoy talking to tom and his service crew because they are pretty good and know their stuff. Also, one time I was in richton park and my bike broke down; Cody and John came and did an on-the-spot diagnostic and fixed my bike right there, free of charge. For anyone who is reading this, stop in and talk to Tom, Cody, Justin or John, they are some of the best in our area and I will stand by them Pros: Knowlageable staff, certified mechanics, excellent parts dept. I wouldn?t send my worst enemy into this place. First of all, it's a dump. The front counter is a complete disaster and the floor is a mess. (At least it was when I was there.) Went in to buy a Yamaha FZ-1. CASH. I won?t even go into what took place in trying to bargain for a fair price. I?ll just say this: Jon SEVERELY misrepresented what the final dollar amount would be. I bought my ATV for a great price about a year ago and I love it. I brought it back to them for my first service and they were wonderful.
