Witte Travel & Tours

I am so disappointed with Witte. I initially emailed them because they said online that they were specialists in our country of choice for our vacation. However, the man I emailed gave me to another woman and she was not helpful. She sent me only one company for group tour options and when I wasn't interested in that company and found my own tour she replied, "Oh yeah, I have that one too I just didn't send it." During the booking it was difficult to get a straight answer out of her and to get a basic itinerary. Once the trip was booked I had to ask her three times to get us travel insurance, which is required for our trip. She forgot to send me one of our four vouchers, which was also required for the trip. She forgot to forward our airline info. Etc…I ended up just calling the tour company and requesting that they go through me from now on instead of her so that I can make sure I don't miss anything important. Maybe the other agents at Witte are knowledgable but she certainly wasn't. more

I have used Witte Travel both when traveling in college and recently. Witte arranged a class trip in college and had everything planned perfectly. Our were perfect and the hotel that they arranged were top notch. We recently used them for a trip to the Caribbean. Every detail was planned our flawlessly and we had no snags in our arrangements. The agent whom we worked with was friendly and very efficient. I will not hesitate to use them in the future. more
