Personable and family friendly 10/4/2010

Everyone shutters when they need to visit a "car dealer" us included. Both of us have a warm fuzzy feeling as a result of the way we were treated by ALL your staff. Thank you for a comfortable transaction. As a side note, tv ads portray you as a sponser- you should be known as how "personable and family friendly " you are!!! more

Very Happy with Collision Center 9/20/2010

YES...Me and my Family is very HAPPY with your " COLLISION CENTER" mostly with the clear and very accomodating personnel you have ( TONY and Lisa)...For a month that may Lincoln Avator was fixed due to car accident, everything was replace and still Engine OK...Having a Lincoln as a service SUV would really make a difference from other cars (brand), it save my life...Base from experience crashing from the trees and wall and still surviving and no bruises nor broken bone that i myself cant believed...ALL Lincoln cars and SUV are very RELIABLE and SAFETY wise...I wont even dare buying a different brand of cars....LINCOLN THE BEST... Trish is a great employee of yours. She's always ready to help her customer regardless of the time of the day. She's very professional in doing business and always listens to what the customer has to request. I've been doing business with Trish for over 5 years now and she continues to make me feel that I'm the only customer in the whole store each time I come to your dealership. I hope that she does not change nor the way your dealership conducts business with your customers, actually, what keeps me coming back to your dealership is your coffee and pastry in the customer waiting area. The Witt service person, Libia, follows up and makes sure all the requested services are completed. She also phones after the service to make sure that I am completely satisfied with the service provided. She is courteous, professional, and very easy to work with. She, and your other employees, are responsible for creating the brand loyalty that I have to Lincoln generally, and Witt Lincoln in particular. more

Completely satisfied with your service personnel. , They delivered sooner than estimated, noting that I was coming all the way from Fallbrook and was waiting in the lobby for the service to be completed. (Including the wash and polish, and the MKX looked like new. The service persons name is Angel Navarro and I would ask you to acknowledge my appreciation for his courtesies............Obviously I am very happy with the service I recieve from everyone at Witt....................... more
