Wita travels did an excellent job with my reservation. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Lakshmi was very professional and took time to explain the routes and rules. She provided a lot of alternates and was patient through all my changes.\r We booked through WITA for my wife's trip in February 2013. the delta connections were tight and due to delay in the first leg my wife would have missed her flight. Lakshmi got on the case even before I called her and had her re-booked.\r We went to India in the summer of 2013. again Lakshmi made our trip very comfortable. I have recommended WITA to my friends and none have had anything but praises for them\r I will always go with WITA. Wishing them the best more

These folks are the worst travel agents. \r Issued infant ticket to my child when called from airport these folks did not answered the call nor accepted the mistake . \r PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE .\r I will not recommend anyone to business with this Cons: worng tickets issued , not returning calls and many more more

The people working/owning this agency seem to have very poor customer service and like the previous reviwer, I agree that they basically say that the customer is WRONG. more

The worst thing you can do to your customer is say that - This is not my problem. Basically, you said to customer that You give a damn. If you get a such a experience from a travel agency, you never recommend anyone to go their. We can book tickets on internet or by 100 different other means. booking with Wita Travels was my worst experience with a travel agency. I talked so gently with travel owner but instead of listening to problem and responding to it she started blaming me. She was mean, arrogant carrying a bag of attitude. I think owner has personal issues and she needs to smile and listen to customer and then respond and try handle the issue in best possible way . I will not recommend anyone to deal with this agency. After all it's just a ticket and not rocket science, anyone can help booking that. So, go with someone who smiles and listens. Pros: None - after all they just book tickets Cons: All more
