Absolutely fabulous Auto Care! 10/19/2009

Tim was very upfront and honest with me, and treated me a human being instead of his next paycheck, which after calling around to 8 or 9 other shops for a quote was refreshing. He may have had bad news for me about my car, which was expected, but he was straightforward, knew what he was talking about and, even though I'm female, spoke to me as if I knew the same (which I do!) He's earned my custom for the future, and will be the one I go to whenever I need work done in the future. more

My repair shop since I got my license 10/6/2005

I was recommended to this repair shop when I first got my '93 Grand Prix when I turned 16 and the air conditioner went out. Tim was quick to point out the problem and more importantly, tell me exactly what was going on and what needed to happen. He is an amazing guy, extremely talented at what he does, and honest to the end. I've taken my old car and my new car to him various times over the years and he's always been able to figure out the problem, provide me an up-front estimate, and get it taken care of with a minimal amount of down time and going out of the way to get everything taken care of. I can't recommend anyone better! more
