VERY RUDE! OVER PRICED HORRIFYING ALTERATIONS!!!!!!!!! My friend paid $120 for three simple alterations. They used cheap plastic snap buttons ( Like on Barbie Clothes) to fasten her heavy beaded halter on her $1200 dress. The owner will do nothing about this because they subcontract their alterations. ( But fail to tell you that in advanced) I will never step foot in that establishment again and I would like to warn every bride do not go to this bridal salon you will be dissatisfied more

Good: I had a great experience. "Pam" helped me and was very professional. She suggested styles I would have never tried-one of them perfect for my shape and the one I bought.. Bad: There was nothing I didn't like about the store.. Other: They have LOADS of dresses and the best prices of anyplace around-even better than the big stores.. more

good selection-very poor service 3/14/2007

I went to look at and probably order and purchase a mother of the bride dress today,but ended up walking out of the place due to the arrogant and unhelpful attitude of the staff/owners of the place.They have a good selection of gowns etc. but I would never recommend the place because of the awful customer service.A place of business is only as good as its' behavior to their customer. more

Excellent selection, mediocre service 4/3/2006

Visited this shop in search of a mother of the bride dress. Its a large shop with a huge selection of bridal, bridesmaid, flower girl, mother of the bride and prom/special occasion gowns. Wishing Well has, by far, the largest selection of mother of the bride dresses. Unlike many shops, the sample dresses are in different sizes. This may sound helpful, but most dresses are only available in one size. So, if you're a size 10 and the dress that you want to try is a size 6, you have a problem. Sales staff was not helpful, but if you want to look at a wide array of dresses, it's worth a shot. more
