The people I directly worked with were nice enough, however, this was my first pregnancy and my first ultrasound. The technician wouldn't let me or my husband look at the screen. We didn't get a picture of the baby and she wouldn't tell us anything (heartbeat, size...). I ended up having a miscarriage and I'm heartbroken that I never got to see my baby or have that first ultrasound experience. Maybe a little too ""by the book"". Even if they couldn't tell me anything technical, at least point out the baby and let me see it. They're looking inside MY body. I believe I have the right to see what's there.
