I am a previous customer to wiseway insurance....... i let my policy lapse i was shopping around for a new insurance company, (wiseway is kind of small my coverage wasn't enough also i would often call and get conflicting information.)
So now that Ive switched i called to ask for proof of coverage for last year and here we are a week after my policy expired and all of a sudden they don't have any of my paperwork..... now if i was calling to say i wanted to renew the policy I' m sure somehow they would mysteriously find it!!!
My daughter is currently with them and she will not be for long. I called Apollo the ACTUAL insurance company spoke to a manager who could do nothing but humiliate me for waiting a week to call them. Awful, awful, awful!!! my mom is also a customer I will be suggesting that she switch I would not refer anyone to this company.
