Wisefly Auto Glass

I actually started using Wisefly Auto Glass for my sublet vendor company. They are a great resource for parts. They really earned my trust and respect through their good work. I have since used them twice personally and each time has been great. Recently, they replaced a windshield on one of our work trucks. They gave us a wonderful price, several hundred dollars below what other companies would charge. They installed the windshield and the quality is superb. I highly recommend them! My experience with Wisefly Auto Glass was great. They ordered and installed the part quickly. They even offered to come to my house to do the install, but I was able to get to their shop for that part, but I thought that was very accommodating to their customers. On top of everything, they are really nice people. Very helpful and their prices are better than anywhere else I checked. I figured this whole thing would have taken a lot longer and been more expensive, so I came away very surprised and extremely satisfied. Call them anytime if you want good, affordable work! more

Wisefly Auto Glass were professional, friendly and just everything you would want from a service that comes out to your house. They worked quickly and were very thorough. And even though my window was screeching, which it had been doing before they did the work, they stayed around just to make sure everything was working fine. Just to make sure they couldn't fix whatever the issue was, even though it wasn't related to the work they had done. They were great. more

Driving on the 10 FWY minding my own business when I hear a loud crack, only to look at my windshield and see two dings and a bunch of cracks leading off of them. All thanks to a truck that kicked up a rock in front of me. Got home started making calls. First call to Wisefly got the machine so I continued to make other calls. Mrs. Melissa from Wisefly calls me back (like 4 min. later) and leaves me a message. Just from the message I can tell I am pretty much sold. Call back and Mrs. Melissa gives me quotes and some extra info about insurance I did not know. Thanks Mrs. Melissa! Wisefly says they will be at my place in an hour. Greatthey get here in 48 min (awesome!) Mr. Jason knocks on the door and gets right to business, while Mrs. Melissa is talking with my insurance. Could it get any easier!? These two are awesome!!! Mr. Jason is quick, cool, and good humored and Mrs. Melissa is a kick, quick thinking, and energetic. Great combono wonder they are awesome! Wisefly, Mr. Jason, and Mrs. Melissa are awesome. I will recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Thus --F x(s) 4-- FAST, FRIENDLY, FANTASTIC, and FACTS (they know them). Almost tempted to crack my window again just so they can come hang out! Just kidding about the window part. I am always very happy with Wisefly Auto Glass. We call them, they come out right away, and they get it done right. They are always very good. We have used them twice now, and we got their information from an auto repair shop. One of the times we used them was to get a windshield reset because the previous company didn't do it right. He set it back in, and it has been holding fine. The second time was when we got a rock in our windshield while on vacation. They came out and repaired it. Use them; I think they are great. They are honest, and their prices are fair. more

Good customer service. Call me when they were on their way and show up when they said they will be there. I had windshields done in the past and they leak or I hear the wind coming though but with wisefly I don't have that problem. If you need your windshield done come here. Pay the extra money and have it done right the first time! more

Superb, top-rated service right from the first contact with Melissa. This was my second experience having Wisefly replace my entire windshield on my 2004 Dodge Durango. Both times rocks from the road hit and cracked the windshield. They came right out to my home to do the work. Very knowlegdeable on types of glass and will not put a cheap windshield on your vehicle. Checks on whether you want Original Manufacturers Equipment or an equivalent quality windshield. I had them install the Original Manufacturer's windshield. Jason carefully and meticulously installed the windshield with thick, high-quality adhesive designed for windshields. He was a perfectionist with his work! Only needed 2 pieces of large black tape to hold the windshield in place for overnight curing and did not tape all around the edges of windshield like other glass places, which looks sloppy and leaves tape residue. Presented me with a sparkling, clean and clear windshield on my Durango. Best of all, I only paid $50.00 of my $100.00 comprehensive deductible to them because they have a discount on the deductible you pay to them!! Jason and Melissa also have friendly and easy-going personalities which made it a pleasure to work with them. They care about your safety and the safety of your family, so they do things right. Why go with the glass company tied in with your insurance company--and risk lower quality service--when you have a choice and the insurance will cover the work anyway? Wisefly Auto Glass is very dependable. We had another guy that used to do our glass work. Jason, from Wisefly, has shown me what the last guy did that he shouldn't have done, and the corrective action that should be taken. The pricing is fantastic. We started having Wisefly Auto Glass do our vehicle windshields towards the end of last year, and have used them a couple of times this year. They are reliable, honest, and do good work. I am very impressed with the quality of work I get from Wisefly Auto Glass. They are price competitive. I have recommended them highly to just about anyone who needs glass work or information. Jason is great for information. I called Jason at 10 PM and he came down to help me out of a problem. If they can't make an appointment they will call and tell you when they will be able to come out and ask if that is okay. I first used them personally, adapted them to the business, and have now recommended them to several customers. They really are untouchable in terms of quality and service. more

Jason and Melissa are two of the nicest people you could ever meet. If Jason does anything he does it 100%. It has to be perfect, or it is done over. Wisefly Auto Glass had good pricing, they show up when they say, and give quality work. Nothing has ever gone back. I run a shop and work with a leasing company, so we handle a lot of vehicles. At times we have 70 vehicles. Wisefly Auto Glass does all of my glass work. I have had zero complaints from customers. We have never had a leak or a whistle or a single problem. I have never had to call them back. Prior to using Wisefly Auto Glass I was using a large chain glass company, and it was not uncommon to call them every third job because of a problem. They also never showed up when they said they would. This year I have gotten at least a dozen windshields and have spend thousands of dollars with Wisefly and have no complaints. They have even fixed other people's work. I give everyone their number. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 12. I would recommend them to anyone, which is something I don't do for every shop.
